Chief Partnerships Officer

Role

As the Chief Partnerships Officer your role will be to build strategic relationships between Fields of View and Civil Society Organisations, Foundations, INGOs. The focus of your role will be to raise the resources required for us to scale our work through these key partnerships.

At Fields of View we work on wicked social problems and their complex solutions. As the Chief Partnerships Officer, your role will be to evangelize our work to policy makers and INGOs in terms of our concrete impact. The Chief Partnerships Officer will be working at the leadership level at Fields of View, and will have the opportunity to represent Fields of View as an organisational leader at national and international forums. In your role as a leader, we want you to bring your own networks and experience in fundraising to the table to raise resources for Fields of View.

Responsibilities

  • Building partnerships with NGOs and philanthropies, to raise the resources for us to scale our tools.
  • Fundraising Strategy Development
  • Coordinating with all team members in the organisation to be versed in fundraising needs for various projects
  • Coordinating with all team members in the organisation to understand the various programs at Fields of View well enough to match them and pitch them to diverse funders
  • Mining existing networks and building new relationships with national and international funders
  • Generating new leads and helping them become partners and resources for the organisation

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in fundraising for non-profit organisations
  • Trajectory of having raised Rs. 2 Crore in one financial year

Compensation

Compensation will range from INR 86,970- INR 1,04,363 per month based on level of experience.

  • We will review your application and if we feel like it is a good fit for us, we will assign you a task. The assignment will involve a cross section of the kind of work you'll do with us. You take as much time as you want to complete the assignment, but we've noted that it takes on average about 7 days to finish.
  • If we like your approach to the assignment, we invite you to spend 2 days with us in our office in Bangalore, so you can get to know our team and work culture. You will also be provided a follow-up task to be performed during those 2 days. Once this is done, and if you like us and we like you, we will extend an offer within a week's time.
